At Transworld, I oversee operational strategy, lead our marketing direction, and support brokers throughout complex, confidential business transactions. I also lead our office’s implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), driving stronger accountability, clearer processes, and healthier team alignment as our Gulf Coast practice continues to grow.
