Bill began his career in the professional services and staffing industries, spending more than eight years in the field, including five with Wilkins Miller CPAs. In 2012, he founded DeepWater Horizon Support Services, Inc., a BP claims consulting firm that assisted more than 250 businesses in securing over $100 million in lost-profit claims.
Early in his CPA career, Bill discovered a strong passion for working directly with business owners and providing valuation services. That passion naturally evolved into a desire to help entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of buying and selling businesses, ultimately leading him into the M&A advisory and business brokerage space.
In 2018, Bill acquired Transworld with a clear mission: to build the most professional, respected, and service-driven business brokerage and M&A Advisory team in Mobile and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities. Today, he continues to uphold that mission by supporting each Transworld broker in whatever capacity is needed to better serve clients and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Bill holds credentials as a Certified Valuation Analyst, CPA (inactive) and Certified Franchise Consultant and is also a licensed commercial broker in AL, FL, MS, and LA. His broad expertise and commitment to excellence remain central to Transworld’s ongoing growth and reputation.
